Michael O'Quinn, 76, of Sulphur, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He was born to his late parents, Matthew and Doreline O'Quinn on January 5, 1947 in Sulphur, Louisiana. Michael enjoyed riding his bicycle to the paint and body shop in his younger years, listening to the radio "lolo". He always got a new lolo at Christmas time. He enjoyed attending CARC, where he learned daily activities and skills. Michael loved his family, especially his siblings.
He is survived by his siblings, Gail, Dale, and Harold O'Quinn; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Harry and Larry O'Quinn; and sister, Margarette Johnson.
A Graveside Celebration of life will be held at Farquhar Cemetery in Carlyss, Louisiana on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 2:15 pm. Visitation will be at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial in Sulphur, Louisiana on Monday, beginning at 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
