Maurice moved from Port Arthur, Tx., to Westlake 17 years ago and attended Light of Life Church. He enjoyed Gardening, working in his yard, fishing and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his daughters Cheryl Flannery and her fiance, Joey Kvale of Coldspring, TX, and Deborah Rains and her husband Bert, of Port Arthur, Tx.; siblings, Manson Billiot, Gloria Cheramie, Ann LeBlanc, Ollie Billiot, and Davis Billiot; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife Jeannette Billiot.
His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 30, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles White will officiate. The graveside service will be at 2 pm in Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Tx. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Friday and from 8-10 a.m. Saturday, all at the funeral home.
