Lorina was also known affectionately as "Toto" to her family. She was a longtime member of Antioch Baptist Church in Edgerly. Lorina was an avid seamstress who taught many others the art of sewing. She loved to travel and visit her children who are scattered across the country.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alford "Tee" Fontenot, son, Alvin "Bozo" Fontenot, parents, Wilton Caswell, Sr., and Nancy Caswell, brothers, Nolan Caswell, Wilton Caswell, Jr., and John Wayne Caswell, and sisters, Joann Caswell, Dorothy Jean Caswell and Sadie Ann Johnson.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Susan Haver and husband, Dan of Beaumont, TX, Rena Jones and husband, Durane of Sulphur, Vinnes Esthay and husband, Reggie of Evangeline, Mark Thomas Fontenot of Vinton, and Tina Marie Chandler and husband, Luke of Adrian, MO; grandchildren, Elizabeth Leudemann, Sarah Neff and husband, Donald, Clinton Hebert and wife, Katie, Jeffery Dobbs and wife, Isabella, Rory Dobbs, Desi Touchet and wife, Laurie, Damon Fontenot, Brandy Braden, Rusty Esthay, Kimberly Broussard, Cody Chandler; brothers, L. J. Caswell and Edward Caswell; sisters, Nancy Duraso and Jennie Landry; nineteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation and funeral services were privately held at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home with burial following in Big Woods Cemetery.
