Lamon Weaver Jr., 76, of Westlake, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024 in Lake Charles. He was born to his late parents, Lamon Sr. and Alma Dickson Weaver on October 16, 1948 in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Some of his hobbies included: art, gaming, flea markets, thrift stores, and most of all, good food, family, and friends. He was an Antique Dealer by trade and previously worked as an offshore chef. Lamon truly had a giving heart.
He is survived by his sister, Amber Hammond (Ray); niece, Angela Hammond; along with a great nephew, Logan Hammond, all of Sulphur; along with his longtime friends, Harold Lentz of Crowley, Louisiana and Keith Ray of Cheneyville, Louisiana.
Lamon is preceded in death by his parents; along with his siblings, Sheryl Ann Weaver Smith and Randolph "Randy" Otrice Weaver.
