Huey Brently Perry

Brently was a lifetime resident of Sulphur graduating from Sulphur High School in 1975. He loved being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. Brently also enjoyed playing his harmonica and was never too shy to entertain a crowd. He never met a stranger, and was a friend to everyone he met. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, and brother. He will be truly missed.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Meagan Perry Robbins and husband, Robert; a grandson whom he loved with all his heart, Wyatt; mother, Jackie Perry Arceneaux and husband, Philip; sister, Leticia Perry; brother, Milton Perry and wife, Denise; sister, Renee' Perry Eades; host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Huey Burnell Perry.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, and will resume at 9 a.m. until service time on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
