Francois Andre Fontenot

Frankie was a native of Sulphur and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing with children and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing, crabbing and watching sports. Frankie was loved by all he met and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Brandi Fontenot; children, Miguel Fontenot, Travis Blaisdell and Dawn Elizabeth Fontenot all of Sulphur; mother, Linda Fontenot Portier and husband, Jerry of Sulphur; brother, Alvin Gene Thomas and wife, Diane of Corpus Christi, TX; sister, Kimberly Hessiaon and husband, Sam of Moss Bluff; adoptive parents, Ernest and Martha Pine of Carlyss; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Darell and Becky Kilcrease.

He was preceded in death by a son, Re’mi Phillippe Fontenot; and his father, Bobby Gene Fontenot.

Funeral services will be held 2pm, Thursday, September 29th at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Father Aubrey Gilbeaux will officiate. Burial will follow in Farquhar Cemetery.
