Bryan Keith Smith

He was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur. Bryan loved God, his family, and was extremently devoted to his wife of 29 years, Cathy Smith. He enjoyed hunting, leather work, cooking, and spending time with his family. He worked as a Construction Site Manager for Apache Industrial Service for many years. He will be remembered as a very kind and compassionate man who never met a stranger.

Survivors include his children, Jamie Marshall and husband, Mark of Moss Bluff and Trisha Monceaux and fiance' Jeremy Harris, Dallas Coffelt, and Natalee Coffelt, all of Sulphur; his sister, Sharon Potier of Sulphur; grandchildren, Lucian, Samuel, and Dakota Marshall; and a great-granddaughter, Charlotte Danielle Marshall. He is preceded in death by his wife of 29 years, Cathy Smith; his parents, Curtis E. Smith and Patricia Chaline; his granddaughter, Gracie Danielle Marshall; and siblings, Danny Gail Lyons, Tommy Smith, Billy Joe Smith, and Linda Lou Denby.

His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 11, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Clay Fontenot will officiate. Burial will be in Verdine Cemetery in Carlyss.
