Brenda Lee Frey

Brenda Lee Frey, age 65, of DeQuincy, Louisiana was called home to our Lord on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Brenda was surrounded by her loving family. Brenda was born on November 21, 1956 in Lake Charles, LA.

Brenda was known for giving numerous others great end of life care. She loved sewing, fishing, and cooking for her family.

Brenda was preceded in death by her son, Nevada Smith, parents, Raymon and Thelma LeBert, brother, Bobby LeBert, and sisters, Lovisa LeBert and Nancy LeBert.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 42 years, Harold Frey, Jr.; sons, Joey Smith, Bobby Smith, and Kaigen Guidry; grandchildren, Jace Smith, Natalie Smith, Carli Saltzman and Destiny Saxby; great-grandchildren, Cooper and Adalee, Evelyn, Lincoln, and Jaxson; sister, Joan LeBert, sister, Diane Todd, brother, Rick LeBert, and Brother, Russell Mark LeBert; numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 25, 2022 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. followed by a Cursillo Rosary at 7:15 p.m. Visitation will resume at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church in DeQuincy. Fr. Louis Tigga, HGN will officiate. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery, Westlake.
