Betty L. Drost Renfroe, 85, died Monday, July 17, 2012, at 6:25 p.m. in her home.
Betty was a Sulphur native and lived in Lake Charles since 1973. She attended Oak Park Methodist Church of Lake Charles. She loved watching tennis and golf on TV.
She is survived by her son, Jason S. Renfroe of Lake Charles; and grandson Eric H. Renfroe and his wife Kory of Atlanta, Georgia.
She is preceded in death by her son, Stephen H. Renfroe.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial. The Rev. Paul Estes will officiate. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the funeral home.
