Thomas B. Terry

THOMAS B. TERRY, age 64, passed away Monday, July 1, 2013, in Sugar Land, Texas. He was born on May 24, 1949, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to William R. and Bobbie Lou Westerfield Terry. Tom will be remembered for the love he had for his faith and for his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; and uncle, Jack Westerfield. Tom is survived by his wife, Dianne Gilbert Terry; children, Michelle, Tommy, and Travis Terry; brothers, Bill Terry and his partner Ra Simmons, of Las Vegas, and Scott Terry and his wife Terry, of Tyler; aunt, Millicent Westerfield, of Houston; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Thursday, July 4, 2013, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 5, 2013, at St. Laurence Catholic Church, 3100 Sweetwater Blvd, Sugar Land, with a reception immediately following in the Parish Hall. Rite of Committal will be held at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, Houston. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to University of Texas: MD Anderson Cancer Center, P.O. Box 4486, Houston, Texas 77210, or to St. Laurence Catholic Church, at the church address listed above.
