She was beloved wife of the late James Alex Reeves; daughter of the late John and Shirley Mee Olson; loving Mother to James (and his wife Sarah) and Andrea Reeves; sister to Andrea Warburton; grandmother to Travis Ward and Jamie Lehmer.
Lynn graduated from Lake Forest University in Illinois and studied in Madrid, Spain. She enjoyed teaching young children and was a dedicated pre-school and Spanish teacher throughout her life. She taught Sunday school and attended First United Methodist Church of Missouri City. Lynn was an avid runner and bargain shopper at local garage sales where she bought and restored antique “treasures.” She loved to tend to her beautiful garden, socialize, host dinner group, throw pool parties, or just “drink and dangle” at the pool. Even more, she loved her Yorkie puppies that kept her company at home and on walks. She had a passion for traveling, especially to Santa Fe for its opera and turquoise jewelry. Even if her travels didn’t take her far away, she relished experiencing new things. She enjoyed yearly trips to New Braunfels and relaxing in the bluebonnet fields. She was committed to her volunteer work at the East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry Thrift Store and Food Bank.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Good Shepard Hospice and Landon Ridge Memory Care Center for taking excellent care of our Mom.
