Linda Sue Fraley, born on May 31, 1951, in Pineville, Kentucky, passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 73. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Linda’s life was marked by her dedication to her family, her faith, and her community.
Linda was a member of Heritage Park Baptist Church in Friendswood, Texas, where she was a devoted volunteer poll worker, contributing to the civic process with passion and commitment. She attended Truman High School in Arkansas, where she forged lifelong friendships and memories that she cherished.
Linda had a variety of hobbies, and her creativity shone through in her love for bowling, crochet, and knitting. She enjoyed spending her time with loved ones, sharing her crafts and creating lasting bonds with those around her.
Linda was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Charles Wayne Fraley, as well as her parents, Herman and Georgia Goodin; sister, Rachel Wiley (Goodin); brothers, Hearlin Goodin and Nelson Goodin; and numerous aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Fraley and Johnathan Fraley (Carrie Fraley); her brother, George Goodin (Sharon Goodin); her brother-in-law, Darrell Fraley; her sister-in-law, Linda Fraley; grandchildren, Aidan Fraley and Katelyn Fraley; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss her dearly.
A memorial service will be held at The Bridge Fellowship, with the time to be announced. Linda's family invites all who knew and loved her to join in celebrating her life and the lasting impact she had on all who crossed her path.
Linda’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering love will forever be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
