Gayle Elizabeth Farley

Gayle Elizabeth Popejoy Farley left this world, August 5, 2015 to be with her parents, Glynn Popejoy and Rubye Belle Ingram. She began her life in Mexia, Texas, born, February 22, 1947. She has resided in Mexia, Texas; Puerto Rico; Clinton, Oklahoma; Claremore, Oklahoma; Miami, Oklahoma; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Sugar Land, Texas. In 1966, she married Robert L. Baird in Miami, Oklahoma and they had two daughters, Tanya Michelle Baird and Tamara Lea Baird-Farley. On July 7, 1978 she married John W. Farley. Gayle was a school teacher for 30 years and loved her students. She retired from teaching in 2006. Gayle was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Cody Christopher Barree. She is survived by her husband, John W. Farley; daughters, Tanya and her husband, Steven A. Jackson and Tamara and her husband, Johnny Corey; brother, Michael and his wife, Debbie Granger Popejoy; step-children, John W. Farley, Rebecca Farley and her husband, Jeff Cole, Gregory Farley; grandchildren, Tyler Farley, Russell Farley, Megan Farley, Katherine Tueton, Nicholas Tueton, Kelsey Farley, Lacey Barnes, Colton Farley, Dakota Farley, Zachary Mull, Breanna Mull; and her great-grandchild, Ashlyn Farley; and many nieces and nephews.
