Betty was born on February 15, 1933 in Whitesboro, TX to John Hughes Sadler and Lorene Minnis Sadler. Her early childhood was spent in Sadler, TX. She graduated from W B Ray High School in Corpus Christi, TX in 1951, and she attended Del Mar College. She was married to Frank S. Warner on February 4, 1956 in Corpus Christi and they were married for 54 years. They lived in Alice, TX for more than 50 years, where they raised 4 daughters and ran their own oil business, Keystone Operating Company. She truly enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, sudoku and jigsaw puzzles, but her greatest joy was her 8 grandchildren. She was a long-time member of the First Presbyterian Church in Alice, TX where she was an Elder. She loved serving as Treasurer of Trash and Treasures, a ministry of the Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank S. Warner, her grandson Joshua Talbot, her parents John and Lorene Sadler, her brother John Sadler and his wife Lucy, her sister Margie Love and her husband Earl and her sister Mary Burns and her husband Elton.
She is survived by her 4 daughters: Karen Quinn of Nashville, Tennessee, Nancy Talbot (Richard) of Austin, TX, Sheri Westerman (Ted) of Sugar Land TX, and Elane Dellinger (Lawrence) of Corpus Christi, TX; 7 grandchildren: Leighton Dellinger (Dan), Francie Dennis (Carson), Ashley Back (Dustin), Brittany Westerman, Kester Talbot, Emily Aguilar (Andrew) and Cameron Quinn; 4 great grandchildren: Louella and Eden Bromwich, and Abigail and Peyton Dennis; one brother, Charles Sadler (Ann), and 10 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10:30am-12:00 noon on Saturday, March 27,2021 at Living Word Lutheran Church in Katy, TX. A Funeral Service will be held immediately following the Visitation at 12:00 noon. Interment will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX at a later date.
