Annie Lee Elizabeth Eastham

ANNIE LEE ELIZABETH EASTHAM, age 94, passed away September 28, 2012, in Houston, Texas. Annie Lee was born in Saratoga, Texas, on February 17, 1918. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 69 years, Earl Lamar Eastham. Annie Lee is survived by her children, Earl and Sue Eastham, Will and Patricia Eastham, Mary and Frank Vanek, and James and Marvene Eastham. There are many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved their grandmother dearly and miss her already.

Annie Lee loved traveling, camping, growing vegetables, tending to her flowers, and most of all, being with her family. She was strong in her Christian faith and was a role model for all of us.

Honorary pallbearers are Annie’s nine grandsons, Earl E. Eastham, Edward Eastham, Russell Eastham, Jeremy Eastham, John Vanek, James Vanek, Joe Vanek, Jeffrey Vanek, and James Eastham, Jr.

The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the extraordinary staff at Memorial Hermann University Nursing Center for their loving care during her years there.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 5, 2012, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit), with Dr. Phil Lineberger, officiating. Graveside Services will be held at noon, Saturday, October 6, 2012, at Cranes Mill Cemetery, in Canyon Lake, Texas.
