Amy Beatrice Amogawin

Amy was born July 2, 1934 in the Philippines to Mr. John Augustus Boyes and Mrs. Cecilia Isip Boyes.

Amy had an education and career in Chemical Engineering.

She was a beloved member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church.

Amy is survived by her daughters Romina Cecilia, Karen, and Aileen Thea; her grandchildren Amy Prisciann, Dana Beatrice, Dan Lucas, John Vincent, Ida Victoria, Carlos Alfonso and Sophia Bettina; and her great grandchildren Zoe Gabrielle, Isaac Orlando and Moses Caleb. She is also survived by Jose Alfonso Cruz, Danilo Caparas, Jovi Caparas, Cecilia Amogawin, Cathryn Caparas, and Jay Calara.

Amy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Kaliñga Sañez Amogawin; her only son Kelly Boyes Amogawin; and her father and mother John Augustus Boyes and Cecilia Isip Boyes.

The services will take place on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM with a reception to follow from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at The Settegast-Kopf Co at Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478.
