Kevin J. Delaney

Kevin was born June 3, 1961 in Yonkers, NY to the late James and Joyce Delaney. Kevin grew up in Suffern, NY and graduated from Suffern High School where he excelled on the Track Team. He graduated from Pace University with a BA in Business. He had a career as a Stone Mason and later joined the BAC local union in NYC. He was a talented craftsman who was highly regarded in his field.

Kevin forged deep friendships with everyone. From his high school “Brothers”, boating friends, loving family and too many others to mention, all of whom he truly treasured. He had the greatest sense of humor, huge heart and was a gifted story teller. Kevin was passionate about the Yankees, Giants, his boat, friends and family.

Kevin is survived by Karyn Orr, his partner of 25 years; his four sisters, Patricia Stagg and her husband Kevin; Eileen Reynar and her husband Patrick; Christine Falkner and her husband Martin; Elizabeth Peters and her husband Ken; Karyn’s children, Michelle Enlow and Christopher Casterella; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Kevin will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, New York 10901. Private interment.
