Franklin (Frank) Stead sadly passed away on December 8, 2024. Frank was 85 years old and son of Malcolm and Evelyn Stead and younger brother of Guy Stead.
Frank is survived by his wife, Yolaine and his three sons: Thomas (Erin), James (Kim), Kevin (Carly) as well as his sister Maryanne and husband Glenn. Frank was born and raised in Hillburn NY. He served his country in the United States Army, stationed in Korea. He worked for more than 30 years for Orange & Rockland Utilities. Frank was an avid sportsman especially golf and basketball.
A graveside ceremony will be held in his honor on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Frederick Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 220 Brick Church Rd, Spring Valley, NY 10977.
