Steven “Steve” Trumble, 67, of Hudson, MA passed away March 1, 2021. Steve grew up in Sudbury and was the son of June Trumble of Sudbury and the late Richard Trumble. Father of Jennifer Wall (Craig) of Waltham and Steven Trumble, Jr. of Marlboro. Brother of Cathy Fradette (Don) of Northbridge, Mark Trumble of Sudbury, Kenneth Trumble of Sudbury, and Melissa Helsel of Kirkland, WA. Also uncle to several nieces and nephews.
Early on, Steve was an entrepreneur, earning his real estate license and broker’s license. His bigger dreams came to fruition when he opened American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC), a non-profit credit-counseling agency, which over the years, grew into a thriving company, helping so many people. In 1962, Steve saw his first film at the Fine Arts Theatre in Maynard, MA. He even remembered the seat he sat in, and in 2012, upon learning that the theatre was for sale and driven by his own nostalgia, he just knew he had to buy it!
Steve not only brought so many people in the Maynard and Sudbury communities together, but he left a lasting impression on everyone who was lucky enough to know him. In his spare time, he loved spending time with friends and family in NH on Lake Winnipesaukee. He will be remembered for his generosity, class, that amazing witty personality, and his vibrant love of life.
Visitation will be Monday, March 8, 12:00 – 2:00 pm at the Duckett-J.S. Waterman & Sons Home of Memorial Tribute, 656 Boston Post Road, Sudbury. Burial will be private.
