Nicholas Anthony Rubino, 40, passed away October 12, 2023 at his residence in Stuart, FL. He was born May 28, 1983 in Evergreen Park, IL, to Robert and Kathleen Rubino. He was a graduate of Martin County High School and Indian River State College. He was a paralegal at Del Toro Law and an active volunteer with Paws for Recovery.
Nick was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gus Charles Rubino Sr. and Michael Joseph O’Connor; his uncle Gus Charles Rubino Jr.; his aunt Maureen Marie (O’Connor) Parker; and niece Ashlyn West Uhl.
Nick is survived by his parents, Robert and Kathleen Rubino; siblings, Jaclyn Uhl (Anthony), Joseph Rubino, and Michael Rubino (Miranda); Grandmothers, Irene M. Wengel and Joanne M. O’Connor; nieces Anabelle and Adalyn Uhl and nephew Weston Uhl. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Family and Friends Gathering for Nick will be held Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Aycock Funeral Home in Stuart, FL.
