John Henry Wayne Whiddon Sr.

Born in Stuart, Florida, John had lived in Stuart from 1999 to 2017. While he spent a better part of his childhood and adult life in Texas, John was a hard working family man. He was a semi-truck driver and truly loved his job and family.

John aka Wayne had a smile for everyone and was loved by many. He will be deeply missed by many people who loved him dearly.

He is survived by his loving children, daughter, Ruth Pahrham (Phillip) of Navarre, Florida; daughter, Daisy Bortko (Robert) of Stuart, FL son, John Henry Wayne Whiddon Jr. ( Ashley) of Stuart, Florida; sisters, Dollie Lopez and Darlene Edmond, both of Texas; grandchildren, Treay, Rebecca, Chase, Helena, Olivia, Alyiah, Ellery, AJ and Jackson; two great grandchildren; niece, Miranda Garcia; nephews, Casey Brown, Michael Brown, Alex Lopez, Tony Navarro and Mark Navarro, all of Texas.

John is predeceased by his parents, J.T and Lena Whiddon; his daughter, Roseanna; his son in law, Russell Naftzger; his uncles, Willard Bustin, Walter Whiddon, Jr., J.L. Johns, Earl Johns and several other family members.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 10:00AM-12:00PM at Aycock Funeral Home in Stuart with a funeral service to begin at 12:00PM. A reception will be held after funeral services at Sandsprit Park in Stuart at 2:00PM.
