Jackie was a lifelong resident of Stuart. She had attended Martin High School and completed trade school.
Jackie had been a home health care aid and a homemaker.
She was a Christian.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Brent J Phipps of Stuart; children, Travis Phipps, Brianna Bright , Eva Phipps and Lexie Phipps all of Stuart; father and step-mother, Floyd and Edie Perkins of Monticello, KY; brother, Jonathan (Jeanette) Perkins of Altha, FL; and sister, Carolyn (Don) Mitchell of Eubank, KY.
Jackie was preceded in death by her mother, Inaleen Perkins.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held 5 PM to 7 PM, Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Aycock Funeral Home in Stuart with a Service of Remembrance at 7 PM.
