Born in Detroit, Michigan, Mrs. Barrett had previously lived in St. Louis, MO until the 1960’s, when she and her husband, Harry relocated to Miami. In the 1990’s, she retired to Stuart, Florida.
Mrs. Barrett’s Key Lime pies are the stuff that legends are made of; she will truly be missed by all. Thank you and goodbye, Mom.
She is survived by her son, Brad of Laguna Beach, CA; son, Marc of Miami, FL; son, Dean of Stuart, FL; eight grandchildren, Paul, Aaron, and Allison of Denver, CO; Sean and Kyle of Stuart, FL; James of Port St. Lucie, FL and Bret and John of Laguna Beach, CA; and her four great grandchildren, Aiden, Brooklyn, Addysin, and Ashton and his wife, Rachel.
Mrs. Barrett was predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Harry B. Barrett.
A Celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Stuart Grill and Ale in Stuart, Florida.
