He was born in Baltimore, Maryland and lived in Stuart for the past five years coming from West Point, NY and Kenbridge, VA.
We worked as a graphic sign painter for the US Military Academy at West Point for ten years.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as the RTO (Radioman) for the 720th MP BN “Bushwhackers” and also a combat artist. He was particularly fond of abstract art, sign painting, and enjoyed playing golf.
He is survived by his daughter, Brook Creel (Justin) of Sarasota, FL; brothers, James Puleo (Vyta) of Kenbridge, VA and Barry Puleo (Janice) of Kenbridge, VA; and, two grandchildren, Rachel and Logan Creel.
There will be a visitation on Tuesday, June 9 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 at the Aycock Funeral Home Stuart Chapel followed with a funeral service on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 10:00 am.
