The world has lost a kind, gentle soul. Many were impacted by her and they didn't even know it. May her ripple effect last for generations to come! Take care!

Sympathy to the Kirkwood Family.  It was my pleasure to work with Diane at the Adm Office.   She was so compassionate and caring.   We had many fun times with her (and your dad also).  I can still see her sitting in her little red miata with a big smile on her face.   Enjoyed the few times she was able to stop and visit after she left and all the "Florida" Christmas cards.

I loved all the time I was able to spend with her, as a fellow teacher, as a parent of one of my awesome students, as a buddy and as an amazing friend.
Your mom was brilliant, understanding, determined, forward-thinking and fun!
To the precious grandchildren, you reinvigorated her with a whole new kind of spark!
I am grateful for all the ways Diane and I were able to spend time, but most grateful for her friendship.

So sorry to learn of Diane's passing. When I was president of the teachers' association at Buckeye Local and she our superintendent, we worked together--meeting frequently in her office--on opposite sides of teacher contract negotiations. I quickly saw she truly cared to do the best for all of us at Buckeye, and considered her a friend.  My sincere condolences.

There is no way I can put into a short message how very much Diane meant to me both professionally and personally. She supported me and was my mentor during my educational career. I have so many memories from the times we shared. I treasured our friendship. I knew how much she loved her family.  My heartfelt sympamthy to each of you. She will be missed and always remembered.

With my special thoughts for you.  Your mother was a class act and I always appreciated her thoughtfulness in my dealing with her.  Please know that I care.

My sincere sympathy to Diane's family.  She was one of my principal's during my teaching years, and I always admired how she mixed so very well business, and true compassion.  Your family was always included in our outside activities at school, and your dad was right in the "mix of things !!"  Diane will be missed by many, and will keep many fond memories in our hearts

Just want to extend my deepest sympathies to your family. I was a principal in Buckeye with Diane as first Asst. Superintendent, then Superintendent. I learned a lot from her. Diane, Carla and I had many fun times together. I know her family meant everything to her.
