It is with great sadness that our brother in law Kevin Michella has passed away.  He was a wonderful  father to his three amazing sons Danny,Brian and Kyle.  We will all miss him dearly.  He will always be remembered for his generosity and kindness to his family,  Rest in peace Kevin.  You will always be remembered and never forgotten.

I always looked forward to seeing Kevin at the Burlew BBQ's in Rockland.  He was someone I always enjoyed laughing with.   My favorite memories that will always make me smile are the cornhole matches at the Burlew Cornhole Stadium... Many laughs and great times had competing against Kevin. I’ve known Kevin for over 25 years, he’s a great caring friend and coworker.  I’ll miss  the calls since we’ve been retired,  the updates on Carol, the boys and grandkids.

I am deeply sorry and equally as shocked to read about Kevin’s sudden passing. I was his dental hygienist for the past 25yrs until my boss’s passing a couple of years ago- Dr. Charles Reilly. I saw Kevin every few months for all those years and he was always so sweet and generous. Every Christmas he would always bring gifts for myself and the rest of the office. We would share stories about our boys(we both had 3 boys) and in the last years I treated him he would tell me how excited he was to be retiring and moving to Myrtle Beach. I’m so sorry that his retirement with Carol was cut short and my heart breaks for his three boys who have lost another parent so early in life😢

Dear Carol,
It is with great sadness that this is being written. Kevin grew up on Easton Street
And was always smiling and happy . We shared many Lacrosse games traveling all over to watch Kyle♥️And our grandsons play.for hours. We shared many lunches under a tent eating and talking about the games. Thank you Carol for a lovely visit to your beautiful home . It’s our last memory with Kevin. I can't begin to describe the feeling of loss that Kevin's passing brings. Our reunited time together was just beginning. Mandy and I enjoyed the times we spent with Kevin and Carol who made us feel so welcomed to SC. Kevin's generosity was unmatched as was his love for family. He leaves behind a legacy that is hard to match. Our condolences go out to Carol, his sons, mom, and his large extended family.

So very sadden by the unexpected and sudden loss of our dear friend Kevin.  From the very first time we met Kevin and his lovely wife Carol, they welcomed us into their Myrtle Beach home and it felt as if we had know them for years!  Kevin always had kind words and a spirit of hospitality that shadowed all others.  As Carol would say, "he always has to do it bigger!"  We will always remember his delicious meals, jokes about Carol's inability to cook but mostly, we will remember his laughter!  He always loved and he always laughed!    

I am deeply saddened and feel deep sorrow at the sudden loss of Kevin… He was a good friend to so many… Our friendship goes back to ninth grade in high school… My deepest condolences to his wife, children , stepchildren, his brotherRalph , and his mom.   I  saw him at the last North Rockland high school reunion and he was his usual funny gregarious self......I'm so Very Sorry .....Sending my love and condolences to all...Photo was from a North Rockland high school sports event.
