Frank G. Nani Sr.

Frank was a proud member of the David B. Roche Firehouse since its inception in 1959 and the Fire Police since 1962 where he, between the two, held positions as Commissioner, Captain and Treasurer.

Frank honorably served as a Corporal in the U.S. Army in World War II and the Korean War as a Medic.

He was a member of St. Gregory Barbarigo Parish in Garnerville, NY.

In addition to his sisters Antoinette Greene, Dorothy Brizzolara and Lorraine Nani, he is survived by his 5 children, Frank (Theresa Licari), Tomas (Elizabeth), Christel, Peter (Dorothy) and Stephan, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his brother Alfonse Nani.

Wake service will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, 4pm to 8pm, at Higgins Funeral Home in Stony Point.

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 10 am at St Gregory Barbarigo Church 21 Cinder Rd, Garnerville, NY.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 502 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
