Donn, a lifelong resident of Stony Point, NY, is survived by his wife Chrystine, two children, Donn II and Amy,four grandsons, one great-granddaughter and a sister, Ann Whynman. Donn was born in Suffern, NY. He was active in Little League, once coaching his son's team to an undefeated season. He also dabbled in local politics, managing several public office campaigns, and gave back to the community through his involvement in the Junior Chamber (also known as the Jaycees). Donn began a long career in computers at the Nathan Kline Institute in Orangeburg, NY. He later held executive positions at several computer consulting firms before founding his own company, DCM Consulting,Inc. Along the way several of his coworkers went on to become life-long friends.
Viewing hours will be Monday, September 11 from 10 AM to noon at Higgins Funeral Home, 73 N. Liberty Dr,Stony Point, NY, to be followed by a brief burial ceremony at Germonds cemetery in New City.
