It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our son, brother, uncle, and most of all loving father Rodney Winston Cecil Phillips on August 19th, 2020.
Rodney was born in Fort MacMurray, Alberta on September 17th, 1979.
He is survived by his Parents, siblings, numerous nieces, and nephews and his three children Katie, Corban, and Keith (KCK)
