Pat will forever be loved and remembered by her children Kevin (Heather) and Jocelyn (Dana); her step-children Brendan (Kristi) and Colleen (Brendan); grandchildren: Logan, Harris, Everett, Katie, Hannah and Sarah; her twin sister Ann as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Pat was predeceased by her husband Ralph and by her parents Leslie and Margaret.
A Memorial Service will be held for Pat at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 200 Boundary Road, Spruce Grove, Alberta.
