It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michele Weitzel of Stony Plain, at the age of 48 years.
Michele is survived by her loving parents Bill and Edith Weitzel; one brother Floyd (Connie); her niece Natascha (Lyndsey) Kvatum; two nephews Peter and Jesse Weitzel as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her brother Charles in 1971.
Michele was a longtime employee of Edmonton Northlands. She was very active in the community and Alberta 4-H.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. from Hope Christian Reformed Church, Hwy 779 and Hwy 16, Stony Plain, with Pastor Fred Bultman officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
If friends desire, Memorial Tributes may be made to the Donor’s Choice or to the Hope Church Cemetery Fund.
