Charles Wellington Thompson

August 13, 1933 – May 6, 2011

Mr. Charles Wellington Thompson of Stony Plain passed away at the age of 77 years.

Chuck is survived by his wife Gail; son Neil (Lisa); grandchildren: Rochelle (11) and Jacob (8); brother Ernie (Shirley); sisters-in-law: Marilyn, Shirley T, Shirley M and Kathy.

He was predeceased by his parents and brother Al.

A Memorial Service was held on Friday, May 13 at 11:00 A.M. from Parkland Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gary McKellar officiating.

Chuck was born in Mission, BC in 1933. He served 35 years with the RCMP. In 1959 he married Gail. In 1966 son Neil arrived and in 1994 Neil married Lisa. Chuck was Grand Dad to Rochelle and Jacob.
