It is with saddened hearts the family announces the passing of Carol Caroline Holm of Edmonton formally of Stony Plain on July 30, 2016 in Edmonton, AB at the age of 87 years.
Carol will be lovingly remembered and missed by her son Ron (Sharon) and daughter Judy (Norm) Astley; grandchildren Melora Holm, Cody (Sara) Holm, Adrienne Astley, Matthew (Katie) Astley and numerous great-grandchildren. Carol is also survived by her brothers Wally (Roseanne) Sczebel and George (Ruth) Sczebel and sisters Pauline (Ed) Zaystoff and Pearl Humble as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Carol was predeceased by her husband John and numerous siblings.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 1:00pm at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 9009-163 Street, Edmonton, AB with Pastor Anna Thede and Pastor Greg Kjos officiating. Interment to follow in St. Matthew Lutheran Church Cemetery, Stony Plain, AB at 4:00 pm. In lieu of floral tributes, memorial donations may be made to Hosanna Lutheran Church.
