Rita G. Tessaro

Rita G Tessaro (11/30/1937 to 10/30/2024) was the matriarch of our family. Holidays were always at her home with Christmas being her favorite. She would look forward to decorating all year and was always on the lookout for presents for her family and friends. Rita resided in Stockton retiring from a career in the insurance industry in 2001.

Rita is survived by her daughter, Allison Canepa (Jeff), stepson James Allison, and her brother John Galgiani (Barbara) along with 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren along with her nephew Steven Galgiani (Maly) and Neice Cathleen Galgiani (Mary Lou)

Rita was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Tessaro, daughters Dena McHan and Roxanna Horton (Jim).

Services will be held Wednesday November 13th at 10:00am, DeYoung Memorial Chapel 601 N. California St.
