My Friend. 

As I sit down to write this, my heart is heavy with grief and disbelief that you are no longer with us. I struggle to find the words that can truly capture the depth of what I'm feeling, knowing that you are gone. 

You were more than just a friend to me; you were a confidant, a source of comfort, and a light during dark times. The memories we've shared—the laughter, the talks, the silent moments of understanding—are now treasures I will hold close to my heart.

I find solace in knowing that your spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved you. You touched so many lives with your kindness, your wisdom, and your unwavering strength.

As I mourn your loss, I also celebrate the life you lived—a life full of love, joy, and purpose. You will be deeply missed, my dear friend, but never forgotten.

Rest in peace, and know that you will always be in my thoughts and prayers.🩷

Mary I am so sorry you are gone and your first grandson Joey didn’t get to know you past his baby years. You were such a sweet woman who left too soon. May you rest in peace. Condolences to your family.

Mary P and I were neighbors and I’ll never forget when I threw pieces of bread on the walkway she was walking on where a bunch of ducks were eating grass and she not paying attention until the ducks scurried towards her for the bread…she screamed and I busted out laughing and she yelled at me “why’d you do that”.   I told her that I didn’t see her coming and she said “I hate you” but with a smile knowing my crazy sense of humor!  I miss our phone conversations and me telling her that she was “my woman but didn’t know it” and she telling me that I had issues 😂.  She’ll forever have a place in my heart ❤️. Her friend and special neighbor…Jak Love🙏

Auntie I love you and I miss you! I enjoyed this short time I had with you and wish we had more time.

Mary, my dear sister-in-law, there will never be a day that goes by that I don't think of you. It already feels like a long time, and it's only been 10 days as I write this.

Who am I going to trick now like I did with you every single time you called your sister, and I would answer her phone disguising my voice and stating you had the wrong number. You would hang up and immediately call back and we would be cracking up. 

No matter how sad and hurtful this is, I know you're resting peacefully. You will forever be in my heart and always know I love you and will see you again.

To my big sister Mary. My heart is so sad right now. I miss you so much. You will always be in my heart, and I will always cherish the memories we have shared together in person and over the phone. I enjoyed sharing a good movie with you, being silly and just enjoying talking about life itself.  I love you to the moon and back girl. Rest in peace my sister.

I was blessed to have known Mary. We would sit by each other in the alto section of our church choir. If you know me I would cook dinner before coming to Church. When I got to Church she would whisper in my ear and say, Girl I know you have a chicken leg in your purse for me. We would giggle until we get caught by our Choir Director. We shared many laughs together. Our phone conversations were always lengthy. I will miss these moments. May you rest in Peace my Friend.  To The Family you will be in my thoughts and Prayers.
