Lawrence “Larry” Valdez, 95 of Stockton passed away Feb. 22, 2017. He was born Feb. 1, 1922 in French Camp to Lorenzo & Mary Valdez. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife, Margret Valdez and his second wife, Martha Valdez. Larry is also preceded in death by a son, Lawrence Valdez Jr., and his siblings, Jose Rodriguez, Carmen Gardea, Josephine Garabito, Toni Magdaieno, Jessi Zarate & Sarah Rios.
Mr. Valdez is survived by his three children Alice Johnston, Lydia Cox, and Mike Valdez. Lawrence had 6 grandchildren.
Mr. Valdez worked as a Salesman for Coleman’s Brake for over 36 years
Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary is honored to be serving the Valdez Family. A visitation will be held Wed. March 1 from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm following a rosary at 6:30 pm, both at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thur. March 2, at 10 am at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church, 2544 Plymouth Rd, Stockton, CA 95204. Final Resting Place will be San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
