Ms. Kristen E. Garcia

on Friday, November 7, 2014 at the age of 48.

She was born in Sacramento and came to Stockton

as a baby. She graduated from Lincoln High School

class of ’84. She attended San Joaquin Delta College,

UC Davis, and Stanislaus State, Turlock, graduating

magna cum laude with a major in Psychology.

Kris worked in Social Services.

Kris was a beautiful, loving and extremely caring person

who loved people and never met a stranger.

She enjoyed books, music and was a wonderful cook.

She enjoyed staying in Palm Springs and had so many

treasured memories of times spent there with family and friends.

Kris leaves behind her parents Don and Pat Garcia

and her beloved dogs, Simon and Charlotte. She will

be cherished and missed by all who knew and loved her.

A rosary will be held on Monday, November 17, 6:30 PM at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel.

A memorial Mass will be held at St. Lukes Catholic Church, Tuesday November 18, at 1:00 PM.
