My beloved sister has a colorful story of caring and sharing and who loved life by helping family members in times of need. She cared for our beloved mother, dad, and aunt, and still found time for herself, by helping her nieces and her sister Rosemarie and me in all forms of achievements; and still had time to manage the family expenses of three family houses. No doubt, she had experience in managing resources which she manages well as an administrator for the San Joaquin County Office of Education here in Stockton and Manteca which she enjoyed in her working career.
After graduating from Humphrey business college at a young age, she started working as a secretary for the County of San Joaquin Office of Education (SELPA). She also participated in and attended the grand juries. In addition, she helped in voting and interpreting for people who didn’t speak English at work and at other field sites. While working for the County of San Joaquin Office of Education, she worked up to the level of office of administration, and then as an administrator for the county of San Joaquin Office of Special Education, full filling 35 busy and colorful years with the San Joaquin County Office of Education.
