Guadalupe Flores

Guadalupe “Lupe” Flores,62, passed away peacefully on Friday January 19, 2018. The youngest of 6 children, Lupe was born on 8/20/55 to the late Rafael and Minnie Rodriguez. She was born in a small town in Texas and at age 4 she moved to Stockton, CA. In the 9th grade she met the love of her life, Steven Flores. They were married for 43 years. Together Steve and Lupe had a daughter, Felicia and a son, Steve. Lupe enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Some of her favorite moments were spent watching her grandchildren play sports. In her spare time, she also loved doing arts and crafts, going to the casino, and shopping in hospital gift shops. She is survived by her beloved husband, Steven; daughter Felicia (Anthony); son Steve (Marissa); 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers Ralph Rodriguez and David Rodriguez; sisters Elvira Mata, Maria Gloria Howard, and Ernestina Gallego; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 4pm-6pm at De Young Memorial Chapel, 601 N California Street, Stockton followed by a Rosary at 6pm. A Chapel Service will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 11am at De Young Memorial Chapel followed by a Committal at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
