Grace "Arline" Moore

Grace “Arline” Moore (nee Massey) 78, of Stockton, died peacefully surrounded by family on June 23, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. She received her Master’s degree from UOP and was a beloved teacher for many years at Montezuma and Elmwood Elementary Schools. Arline and her husband Victor were charter members of the San Joaquin Dixieland Jazz Society and loved music, dancing, travel, family and friends. She was preceded in death by daughter Victoria Moore. Arline is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Victor Moore; daughters Sheila Moore, MD, Cindy Tom (Kevin) and Julie Moore (Terry Carter), 9 grandchildren; sisters Velma and Ann and many other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 N. California St. in Stockton. The rosary will begin at 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 28th at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Frisbie-Warren & Carroll. Committal will follow at Park View Cemetery in French Camp.
