Gary E. Santos, Sr.

Gary E Santos Sr died unexpectedly on August 7, 2020 in Stockton CA at the age of 77. Gary was survived by his wife of 41 years Dolores Santos; and 3 boys, Edward V Santos, Gary E Santos Jr, and George G Santos of Stockton, and 4 grandchildren Jordan, Aleena, Scarlet and George Santos Jr. He is also survived by his sister Lana Rodgerson of Stockton CA. He also leaves behind his family adopted son Matthew Guy. He was a graduate of St. Mary’s high and attended the University of San Francisco before enlisting in the United States Navy for four years. He worked as a Retirement Planner for 37 years and brought his son Edward V Santos into the business. He was dedicated to his work, loved talking to his clients, and would work into the late hours and weekends. His biggest pass time passion was his hydro plane racing boats. Although he was no longer involved in Racing, he would try to travel to where there was a race. He was a collector of memorabilia and a lifetime member of the hydro plane racing museum. He was preceded in death by his father Edward V Santos, Mother Barbara A Fournier, and Step Mother Luella Santos.
