Dirk A. Covello passed away April 18, 2018 in Oakdale, CA. Dirk was a loving father, husband, and Nono. He was a graduate of St Mary's High School in Stockton CA, and obtained an associate's degree from San Joaquin Delta College. Dirk was a United States Army veteran, and joined the California Department of Corrections for 28 years.
He is survived by his three sons McCord Covello, Anthony Covello, and Jozeph Covello. Also, he is survived by three grandchildren which reside in Oakdale, California.
DeYoung Memorial Chapel is honored to serve the Covello family. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11am at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St. Stockton. A Catholic Committal will be held on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 11am at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, Stockton. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 19th 2018 at 12pm location to be announced at the Memorial Service.
