At this first anniversary of Danny's passing I remember the photos of the sky he spent hours in wake until the perfect view was available.  May you be at Peace and in the company of those that went before you.

Daniel is on the Far Right on the 2rd Row! He had taken Pictures of Our Marriage.. I Will Miss Daniel Very Much! We had gone to Grammar School and High School and In 1966 I had Joined the Army and I Met Daniel back in 2014, We had lived in the same complex and We would go out and take Pictures. I will not Forget Daniel..

Danny was a great man.

How do I know this?

Because not only did I get to spend some time around him but I've known his sons for over 20 years.

They're both amazing men in their own right and that is due in large part to him (and their mother of course).

He was a great guy that always had a good word and a kind disposition.

Long may his memory live.

It is with great sadness that I send my condolences to the Williams Family.  I too am in shock and feel his loss. When my Aunt Sally (Richard's wife) was widowed I got to know Daniel better.  Danny was a support to me and my Aunt Sally as we traveled through Uncle Richard's death and funeral. After, my Aunt Sally could count on Danny to call her; to  lift her spirits.  When my Aunt Sally died Danny kept in touch.  He shared many of his photographs.  I enjoyed his  texts and enjoyed hearing his news.  I will miss that contact.  I pray that he is now at peace and that those he loved will be consoled.

I am So Sorry for Your Lost, Daniel Will be Dearly Missed. I've known Daniel Since Grammer School and High School, We Both grew up in SouthSide and after High School we had gone in Our different Ways. I had Enlisted in the Army in July 18th 1966 and had gone to Vietnam in 1967-1968 and Daniel had been Drafted and was in Vietnam 1968-1969 and I didn't See Daniel for a Number of Years, until I ran into Him when I had moved to the Torcello Apartments and this is where I met up with Daniel and We both Laugh, Since We had not Seen each other for a long Time. I'm Going to Miss Daniel more then Words can Say, He was liked a Brother to Me. I will Dearly Miss Daniel, now He's Not in Pain anymore and He's Watching All of Us. I Miss Him So Much, Rest Easy Daniel..

Uncle Daniel I will miss you tremendously...it was an honor being named after you ..my heart aches with your passing ..I love you and will miss getting pictures of galaxies, stars and planets. You were a man of tremendous knowledge of space..thank you for taking us fishing as young boys and thank you for all you ever did for is all..was a blessing having you as my Uncle

You were always a kind gentle soft spoken man. That's what a father should be. Miss you Nino Danny.

Passing of a man…
Sometimes theres no time to say goodbye, because your needed home before the sunrise.
When the street lights go on and the journey begins.
He’ll leave them behind, his family and friends.
To remember his presence and stories of war
To grieve the loss of a man so adored.
There was so much more I needed to say
But I’ll save them for now until I see you again.

You were my Pops. 
I wish I would’ve known you’d be leaving us so soon. I wish I could’ve said all the things that weren’t said when you were here.  I’m sorry Pops. I will forever carry that burden.  I saw you 10 days before to left. We hugged and said I love you but something was so different. It felt as tho it was the last hug and our goodbyes, but I ignored that feeling because I didn’t want it to be real. 
Now I realize it was the last time I’d ever see or hear your voice again. 
Thank you, Pops, for that beautiful goodbye hug. You will stay with me always.
