Charlene Juanita Hunt

Charlene Hunt died peacefully surrounded by her family in St Joseph’s Hospital on July 11th, 2015 in Stockton, California at the age of 83. Charlene was born on October 23rd, 1931 in Hulbert, OK. She married her husband Bob in 1950. After moving to Stockton, Charlene began working for the University of the Pacific in 1970.

Charlene is survived by her son Robert Hunt, of Stockton, her daughter Jamie Redmon of Fresno, her brother Jack Mayfield of Stockton, her sister Christine Charles of Broken Arrow, OK, her three grandchildren, William, Charlie, and Robby, and her three great-grandchildren Paiten, Baelee, and Brody. She is preceded in death by her husband, James R. “Bob" Hunt of Stockton.

A viewing is scheduled at Deyoung Memorial Chapel on California St on July 18th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. A funeral is scheduled for 9:00am July 17th, 2015 at First Baptist Church of Stockon, with a reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Charlene’s life.
