Ray had a life filled with many endeavors. He was a proud Marine; served as a Justice of the Peace; was the founder of various businesses, including a rock shop, a fence company as well as a roof company. He enjoyed rock hunting and collecting. He was an avid reader with a library exceeding 1500 books. Upon his retirement from business, he felt God called him to spread God‘s word through Faith Bible Ministries.
Ray is survived by a loving wife of 52 years, Betty J. Hill, children Raymond Hill Jr. and Angela Brown, 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A private visitation and service will be held Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Rd., Stockbridge, GA 30281
