On Tuesday November 14, 2017, Peggy B. Stanley, age 81 of Stockbridge, beloved wife for over 50 years to the late Deputy Director of Dekalb Police Department, James T. Stanley passed away. Loving mother of Tony Stanley, Todd Stanley, and Kathy Saye (Robert). She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren; Jamie, Anthony, Melissa, Bobby and Tim, and her brother Ricky Boozer (Linda), and a host of loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Jenny Boozer, and brother, Jerry Boozer.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281, where funeral service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be held in Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge, GA.
