He was born on April 4, 1977 in Decatur, GA to Mr. Cullen and the late Mrs. Paula Rae Jones.
Kevin knew no stranger and lived life to the fullest. His daughter was his absolute pride and joy and he lived for her. He enjoyed being outside, whether he was riding motorcycles or four wheelers, at the lake on a boat or jet ski, or sitting around a bonfire. Kevin enjoyed having a good time and wanted everyone around him to do the same. You could always find Kevin watching football on Saturdays, drinking a cold one. Kevin's contagious laugh and Dawg "bark" will be remembered by all that knew him. He was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.
Kevin is survived by his daughter, Camden Rae Jones of Newnan, GA; father Cullen B. Jones of Ellenwood, GA; sister Jennifer Jones of Braselton, GA; aunts Betty Haley of Milledgeville, GA and Ceal Bearden of Woodstock, GA; along with many cousins and lots of friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his loving mother, Paula Rae Jones; paternal grandparents, Cullen and Peggy Jones; maternal grandparents, William Ray and Teresa Chaney; and one aunt, Aurelia Huguley.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Road Stockbridge, GA 30281. A graveside Celebration of Life and committal service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 11:00am in Westview Cemetery | 1680 Westview Drive SW, Atlanta, GA 30310.
Kevin was an avid University of Georgia Bulldogs fan. If you feel led, please wear UGA attire or black and red to his services.
