Julia is survived by; Five children Melanie McCullough (Rick), Kevin Dobson (Lorrie), Wanda Grant, Ronda Webb (Ricky) and Jessica Kinman (Shawn). Fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one brother Clifford Sims and one sister Debbie Robinson, many loving friends and other family members.
Julia was preceded in death by. Her husband Jessie in 2014, parents Frank and Charlotte Stephens, step-father Clifford Sims.
A visitation for Julia will be held Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Wards Fairview Chapel, Stockbridge, Georgia. A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM, Stockbridge, Georgia. An interment will occur Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Sherwood Memorial Park, Jonesboro, Georgia.
