It’s been a few days now that we have laid you to rest Dad. Over the last year, I imagined this time would be coming sooner rather than later. I wish you as well as Mom was still here, healthy and had plenty more years to make memories.  Unfortunately there was a greater plan to that. The only words you ever spoke about your final days here, was your tried n true pick up truck was your carriage to your final resting spot. Thankfully by some helping hands and close/TRUE friends of yours, that happened. You left an ever lasting impression on most, if not everyone that met you. Regardless of our past, the harder times, the times we butted heads, never once did I short you of being a stand up man for his family. The older I get, the more I realize I learned from you. Wether you realized it or not, I watched, I took note. I applied it, I’ve grew a lot, strictly thanks to the ones that inspired me, my parents, and meme/pop. I’m still fighting for you, I will continue to do so. You could see the end story and didn’t even realize it. When I said I got you man, I meant every last bit of that. Help mom/pop watch over us, especially that grandson you got now, he is trip. Till we see each other again.

You will be missed, Mike. Thank you for always being there for me even when you didn’t have too. I will always cherish the memories I have of you & am thankful to have known you.
