John Edward Hale Sr. age 64, of Buford passed away August 4, 2012 at Emory Hospital. He was born August 14, 1947 in Atlanta the son of the late James Samuel Hale and Louis Hale Rudd. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Janis R. Hale, son, John Hale Jr., daughter, Jackie Hale Reynolds, beloved dog, Daisy Mae, three grandsons, Matthew, Mitchell and Mark, one granddaughter, Sydney and extended grandchildren, Eric and Haley. He is also survived by a sister, Jimmie Coleman, a brother, Joe Hale, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday August 8, 2012 at the Fairview Chapel of Horis A. Ward with Pastor Joe Hughes officiating. Interment in the Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday August 7th from 6-8 p.m.
